The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. 「Great experience, staff and room. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Room keys had to be reset which they did in 5 minutes. They not only accept pets but that includes cats which was not easy to find. Room was very clean and fresh. Not musty, no odors. AC worked great and the 1 room suite was spacious. Mini kitchen included a mini frig, microwave, coffee maker and ice bucket with a small bar sink. Separate sink with nice size counter space and plenty of towels. Bed was perfect...
