“This hotel was beautiful, the room we stayed in was massive and felt very updated with a really nice and clean bathroom. The location on the river was beautiful, the property had a private rooftop which had the most beautiful panoramic sunset views of Florence. The location was very close to everything, far enough away from Ponte Vecchio that you weren't in that mass of people and a quick walk to pop over the river to explore the area of Santo Spirito. This location is a little tough to find the……

“The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.”

“Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. “酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city.”

“We stayed there last september, we were two couples and the apartment was great. We thought it was walking distance from everything, nice little cafe across the street. Yes four flights of stairs, but you are in Europe so to be expected. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Beautiful and very clean. It was an awesome base to visit Firenze. ”

A recepção foi muito, muito gentil e prestativa. Ótima localização perto de mercado, restaurante, cafe a parada de ônibus é muito próximo do apartamento. Bairro tranquilo, agradável e organizado. “Perfect location in Florence”

“La casa non è in condizioni ottimali, la stanza del frigo puzza da morire fa lacrimare gli occhi, c'è molta polvere e un mare di zanzare. Le zanzariere di notte sono necessarie perché dormire con la finestra chiusa in questo periodo significa smettere di respirare dopo pochissimo, ma ci sono troppe zanzare per tenere le finestre aperte. Da qui il mio appello. Dentro la casa c'è un passaggio strettissimo, sconsigliatissimo per i bambini che rischiano di sbattere la testa contro la finestra ad……

“I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. Buy paper towels/napkins to have on hand because there were none there. The interior bedroom has a beautiful stained glass……

“Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen, typischen florentinischen Altbau, der sehr hübsch renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend aber nicht überragend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Für mich hätte das Bett etwas besser sein können, aber es war in Ordnung. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage fand ich optimal. Zu Fuß ließen sich bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und die kleinen Supermärkte in der Nähe waren……
