"Check in was very easy and quick. I received a link before my trip to input all information required for check in ahead of time. When I arrived, all the information they needed was there, they provided the room key, and I was good to go. Continental breakfast was great. They had a few gluten free options which was nice. The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly. The hot tub and pool were great. Check out was incredibly quick and easy. I would 100% stay here again. However, next time I will book through the hotel and not expedia. I had an absolute nightmare booking through expedia. I originally booked 1 night, paid for it, then realized I needed 2 nights. I contacted the hotel to see if I could get a night added to my stay. They were not able to assist with that request because I originally booked through expedia. I had to talk to many virtual assistants on expedia, then once a ticket was created, I received multiple emails from multiple different representatives-- All giving me different information. One representative told me they contacted the hotel, had the penalty waiver waived for canceling the 1 night, and re- booking my stay as a 2 night stay. Then, I had another representative from expedia email me and told me to rebook and email them back the confirmation number. So I did. Another email came saying they're sorry but I will not be receiving a refund for my original booking because they can't get a hold of the hotel. Refund was issued after more emails.."
