“Nobody answered the phone, messages or emails. Arrived on time and couldn't access the apartment, no one there. Even Expedia can't get hold of Evancy. We were left with nowhere to stay. AVOID. After serval calls to expedia we got a refund and small compensation but ruined our holiday. ”
