“隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。”

“We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. ”

“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“We stayed here with 2 adults and 4 kids in a corner suite. It has 3 double beds and a separate room for one of the beds for the adults. It a s cute mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and bar too seating for 2. Two TVs and a bathroom with a sink outside of where the toilet and shower are (great for a large group). The kids loved the pool! The staff was great, perky and helpful. We felt it was excellent value for money. The rooms have all been renovated too- new furniture and vinyl plank……
