「The room they gave me wasn’t clean at all. There were spiders coming out of the tub spout. The room had a stench to it. The security guard asked me twice about the room which lead me to believe that it was some fishy business going on. I didn’t stay at the room and chose another hotel in a different part of town. I couldn’t get my money back because there were no refunds.」

「This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. 「This hotel exceeded our expectations with location and cleanliness. It was a short walk to all the places we wanted to see including the Astros game. We were here for 3 days and enjoyed each one. There are a few things to know ahead of time. Parking will be the main thing that frustrates you. It was $50 a night to use the garage at the hotel and it filled up quickly. There are other parking options around but we found the garage to be helpful so we paid the $50. The breakfast is great but if...

「The architecture is beautiful and the landscaping was lovely. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was pet- friendly and the staff even brought my dog a bed to sleep on. I felt it was absolutely a great location. The bar snacks were good. It was very clean and well maintained. Will come back.」
