Stayed here for HTown rodeo/spring break weekend. Loved the potential of this place. Nice aesthetic, helpful staff, in-house entertainment. Area does looks sketchy but is safe lol 20mins from midtown/downtown, and Montrose. Just keep making updates and this will be thee place in Houston!!

The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area needs a whole overhaul renovation. Staff were very nice and helpful. We had a little of scared due to a private pool party hosted there and caused a big chaos.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the initial room I was assigned had a very strong mildew smell to the point where it was difficult to breathe. The room was also far from my group of friends, even though I had requested to be placed near them in a connecting room. I later confirmed that request was noted, but it seems it was overlooked. Because of the smell, I ended up staying in my friend’s room that night. While there, we noticed that the room directly next to hers was both connected and vacant. The next morning I went to the front desk to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the staff member I initially spoke with seemed frustrated that I even had a complaint, even though I was polite the entire time. He stated he wasn’t the manager and walked away mid-conversation, then returned repeating my concerns. When I mentioned the vacant connecting room, he immediately said it would be an upcharge rather than offering it as an option or explaining the situation in a helpful way. After a brief back-and-forth, he went to get the manager. However, when explaining the situation, my concerns about the mildew smell and room placement were not communicated—only that I wanted a room that “cost more.” Thankfully, the manager was extremely kind and accommodating. He listened to my concerns and was able to switch my room without any issues at all. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help resolve the situation. Overall, other staff were kind, helpful, and quick.

Hotel was clean, the beds were very comfy & it was conveniently located with easy parking. The staff was also super friendly & helpful. I had to go with 4 stars though because it was very basic for the price - no frig, no microwave & no place to hang clothes. I’d say if you’re looking for a clean & comfortable place to crash between your Houston adventures, go for it! If you’re looking for luxury or a hotel ‘experience’, this is probably not the place for you.

The room missing a fridge, when i asked for a fridge the front desk refused to provide one till the next day. The cleaning team were so great and provided the fridge themself, the front desk were terrible. The front desk was like .. ah ah ah that’s not available only for suites. The room itself, the bed were broken, the door to access the room was broken and not opening smoothly. They charge me extra $22 I don’t know for what it is reflected on my bank account.. The room were so clean, thanks to the cleaning team. The management were very unprofessional and not good at all. 2 stars for cleaning team only. I am Very unsatisfied with my stay and my experience with expedia. My first time and it wasn’t pleasant experience with Expedia.

Rooms nice from picture, however place is showing age. Bathtub in 346 looks horrible, paint chips, Stairs to go up to rooms are rusty with holes, huge gap in between door, no way to contact front desk as no phone in rooms, not even a QR code.
