“This was a beautiful apartment complex , quiet and clean. The only disappointing part was that I stayed here on the weekend. I specifically stayed here for the pool and I was told at check in the pool was closed for the weekend. This was not posted or made aware of before or after booking. I had to purchase a day pass at another location. Could not connect to the wI-fi and my TV did not work properly so I couldn’t even watch tv either. If you book here I would call before your stay to make sure……

“The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through……

“This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station. I had no problem parking on the street while staying at the Green Tiny House. Though it is not listed in the property amenities, there was a coffee……
