The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

"This is a clean 4 star hotel that borders on 5 stars but let me explain. The property is a little bit older but in excellent condition and has very helpful staff. Location is great. If you are looking for a great location in central Jerusalem with really comfy rooms and beds and a great shower, and don’t want to pay $150-300/night (depending on time of year) this is a great option. If they were to put a killer kosher restaurant in their F&B spaces this would be a top property and compete with the big 5 stars properties."
