Steps to the new extended Junction & Breakwater Bike Trail, approx. 1.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and one set of the three tax-free Tanger Outlets are less than one mile away. Rehoboth Beach is centrally located approximately 2 1/2 hours from Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and Baltimore.

The pool can be heated for a fee during May/Sept/October. LINENS ARE PROVIDED! However, we offer a rental package to guests. Streaming Wi-Fi services only. Sorry, no pets. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
