Great place!

I stayed here with my husband and parents and a friend (on the couch). It was a great place, very quiet, had everything we needed, and was very clean.

Second time here

This is the second time at this rental and, as before, a good choice. Location is excellent, halfway between Lewes and Rehoboth, just a bit off Route 1 so there is some highway noise but not a lot and easy to get to. Rental is generally well kept up and fairly well supplied (needs a new can opener and drain rack). Highly recommended.

Family getaway

We enjoyed the condo it was very clean and up to standards if we were just going there to vacation it’s definitely five stars and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had, however the downfall with our particular stay was we came for the beach and stayed five days and had to pay parking fees everyday which added up fast. But as far as the condo it was beautiful I would recommend

Great getaway

It was a last minute trip for us. The apartment was cozy and clean. We wanted to work a little but the internet connection was bad. So plan to disconnect during your stay! Other than that we were very pleased!

Good rental

We were very happy with this rental overall. The location is good - halfway between Rehoboth and Lewes, just off Route 1 but you don't hear the traffic very much. The property is in good shape, mostly well supplied (it could use a drying rack and dust pan, but everything else we needed was there, and we do serious cooking). Remax takes care of everything, and they were very responsive - we had a problem with the kitchen faucet sprayer and it was fixed within two hours. A warning - two flights of stairs you need to haul your stuff up, so if this is a problem this rental is not for you.
