位置很好，离海滩近，可以免费停车。公寓房有厨房可以使用，可以自己烧饭。有冰箱和微波炉，适合家庭。设备有些陈旧，体验感不好。

The location is excellent. Beach block and walking distance to everything the boardwalk has to offer. Parking pass is included. You can’t beat the price for a beach block hotel.

Lovely comfy hotel right by the beach. Had a cozy feel with a nice staff! Close to the board walk, the beach, and all the restaurants. Parking is a little hard to find or you pay for a meter but it was easy enough! Would definitely recommend

This place should be condemned! There is no way it passes codes. Unsafe, disgustingly dirty! When I say it’s horrible think of the worst place you’ve ever stayed and multiply it by 10. The man at the desk was nice though. Feel bad he has to work for such a **** hole!

One Block is a great benefit for the beach and boardwalk outdoors in the downtown of Rehoboth Beach with a perfect walking spot. No need to worry about your car parking you need to add 25 dollars per dat for not moving your car until checkout. All about clean room, staff, parking, and Business-friendly are okay: good benefits for a reasonable price are good to go what you need. Thank-you for our mini-gateway in last minute.

Location, location, location This property was chosen because of its location. This property is a brief walk to Rehoboth beach. The gentleman allowed us to park for free. Location and free parking were the two selling points for us. The space we rented was considered an apartment. It was acceptable. We stayed two nights. The family and I had a blast at the Beach.
