Beautiful Beach Villa

This is a beautiful, clean, apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. It has easy access to Rt.1 and is close to all Rehoboth Beach and Lewes amenities. Would love to stay there again!

Amazing space, close to the beaches!

My family and I loved this place! Small touches made the difference, with the light switches and cabinets being labeled and the decorations being tasteful. The villa is quiet and safe. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall enjoyable

To start, I didn’t realize it was a third story apartment without an elevator. My sons leg is broken and he’s on crutches and he was able to hop all the way up the stairs but FYI if your person is unable to walk, this isn’t the place for you. Next, they gave us the wrong entry code. We called and it was easy to get a hold of someone but then we went through like five codes before we found one that worked. The apartment itself was a nice break from hotels for sure. Unfortunately when we sat down to watch tv in the living room we noticed that it smelt like pee and realized that someone’s pet I’m assuming had peed on the couch and we were sitting right in it and it made our clothes smell like pee. I mentioned it to the house manager and they said they would have the housekeepers wash the couch covers so the next guest wouldn’t have this same experience. I feel like all of this makes it sound like we had a bad experience, and I guess compared to other places we’ve stayed it definitely had a couple bumps, but overall it was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient Condo in Lewes

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was conveniently located and had a lot of nice amenities. There were a few issues that arose during our trip , for instance, our air conditioning was not working the first night we stayed, but this was fixed the next day.

Great spot that’s quiet but in the middle of everything.

This was a great find. 10-20 minutes from Rehobeth Beach, depending on shore traffic. The pool was just what we needed after a hot day at the beach! The home had everything we needed, including bedding and bath towels. We would highly recommend to anyone with kids. 3 tvs, a fold out couch, and screened in porch gave everyone space to stretch out. Also, the master closet was large enough for us to store our hitch rack, bonus.

Fantastic Location!

This condo was in a perfect spot for a great time at the Delaware Beaches. Location is very convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth. The condo is very well decorated, has 2 generous size bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. The kitchen was comfortable, and we enjoyed the card games in the living area. Coffee on the porch was so nice, with a view of the pool (which I can imagine will be awesome in the summer months). Within walking distance to Bethany Blues (a great place to eat or have a few drinks). Great parking options. I would highly recommend this condo - we had a great stay!

Very Nice and Very Clean

This apartment is very nice and very clean. Enough space for two families. 10 minutes' drive to the Cape Henlopen State Park. There's bunch of stuff in the closet - ziploc bags, foil paper, plastic food wrap, etc, which is really convenient. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful hidden gem

This place met all expectations! It was clean, cute and cozy. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Came here for a mini getaway with some friends and it did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

Short but wonderful stay

The apartment is located close to Cape Henlopen (which was our desired Beach destination)and is in a very quite and safe location. It is exactly as pictured and we had a very comfortable stay there. My granddaughter, daughter and I enjoyed the pool during one of our beach breaks~ while my husband enjoyed lounging on the couch on the balcony . The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and stocked with plenty of towels etc . Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quite for sleeping. Communication from Vacasa was great and everything felt seamless. We would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this condo- shared pool was right outside. Bushel’s Crab House was less than 1 minute away. Rehoboth beach/boardwalk about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Great stay!

I was thrilled to find this condo very clean, beds made, & plenty of towels, too. We stayed 2 nights and had enough essentials that were provided. If staying longer, you should bring more. Other vrbo's have not supplied as much as this place in regards to essentials. Can not stress the cleanliness enough. Great screened in porch, and pool is right there and also very clean with swim hours 8am to 10pm. Would recommend for sure!

Lovely home!

This rental was perfect for my family’s beach vacation. It was relatively close to both Lewes and Rehobeth Beaches and tons of restaurants. The place had plenty of kitchen supplies for us to make family dinners and plenty of towels and bedding as well. In addition, it was lovely having beach chairs and an umbrella provided to help us save space when packing for the trip. Would highly recommend!
