"One of the staff (tell guy) was either super lazy or racist he won’t check us in for over 1 hour just kept pointing us to the machine even he checked in for other people. When it’s passed our check in time another very friendly staff (Asia young lady) saw us waiting around and check us in after she had check in for other few large parties.
