Wonderful hotel, lovely helpful staff - even helped us sort out a delivery meal. Room was fantastic, mini fridge, kettle, proper sink, microwave and a small patio area with seating. Very large room, large comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Wood thoroughly recommend for a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Plenty of free parking outside or secure garage offered at a small extra charge.

We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! Our room was in what seemed to be the newer block, over the road from the main reception area and pool. It was on the ground floor, with security shutters, a safe, air-con. and a large bathroom with double shower. We were pleasantly surprised to have tea and coffee in the room and it was super clean! The lady on reception spoke good English and helped us to navigate the best route into the city centre, (20 min. walk) and onto the Notre Dame Cathedral, (a further 10 minutes). Fabulous!!

Second stay in 3 months, great location, a little more expensive but to be expected as weather warms up. Walking access to Reims in 15mins and excellent access and secure parking sells it.

The hotel was very adequate with a comfortable bed and good shower (my top criteria).The manager was very helpful advising about the low emissions zone. The position of the hotel provided private parking without having to drive into the centre, but it was an easy enough walk.

A little gem in Reims

Pleasant easy check in. Large clean comfortable room and lovely bathroom. Wish I’d had time to use the pool! Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and although there’s no restaurant, there’s a great Chinese restaurant 2 minutes away and Uber eats delivery so no complaints at all. Would absolutely stay again ! All the staff were accommodating and very polite

There was black mold in the shower. The room was tiny. We couldn't keep a large suitcase opened and move around the bed. There is not elevator. So be prepared to lift your luggage up the stairs.
