Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark. "Loved the staff, their readiness to assist. Good service. But it was a bit noisy in the hall from the cleaning staff banging doors, rooms lacked furniture (ie another table and chair would be useful), some features were in need of repair, ie, plugs, fan, the safe. Despite that, I enjoyed my stay. "
