“Terrible breakfast. They literally only had bread, yogurt, frozen butter, 2 kinds of cereal, apples, and instant oatmeal packs. So it is not really a continental breakfast. Room was also dusty, carpet felt nasty, had mold on little refrigerator. I suggest you spend a little more $ and get a real hotel room.”

“Good”

“The Mallard Hotel faces a beautiful mountain view! There is no staff on-site. No lobby or personnel. You can text the Hotel number and get any questions answered in a few minutes. The room air conditioner was on and cooling very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We loved the weight of the covers, not too light, not too heavy. The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in……

“Great little hideaway in the mountains”

“Cabin was exactly as desxribed. Very cute and cozy. Host was awesome.”

“I thought there'd be soap and shampoo and a blow dryer. I sent a message about these and never heard back. But overall, it was fine.”

I would definitely stay again!”

"Premier room" was wonderful with large jacuzzi, king size bed, and thermostat controlled gas fireplace. High clerestory window was great for watching the full moon but not so great in morning sun. But the place is made for early risers chasing nearby waterfalls and cruising the mountain roads. Outside areas included nicely decorated sitting areas and a game room with pool,……

“Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.”

“Liked everything. Comfortable beds, great staff, great selection for buffet breakfast.”

“AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms.”
