“It was great there, nice and clean. It was nice to have a spare bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Nice up to date appliances'. A radio and a clock would have been nice, (most of the time the internet was out and no cell bars, probably due to the weather but because of it, there was no TV or music)...so a radio would have been welcome. It was very spacious and the outdoor scenery was gorgeous. Loved our stay.”

“Great Vacation. Everything was as listed and then some. Very clean cottage. Was stocked with all we needed. Hot tub was fantastic in the winter. My only caution to others is the driveway in winter. Park across the top. I had a 4WLD vehicle and could not get out after the snow melted to ICE. Not a negative on the rental...Nature happens. Just be prepared next time. All in all a fantastic trip we will be coming back.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the location is nice, and there is a large beach area. I don’t normally like to leave reviews but I was disappointed with many things about the cottage itself. It is in need of repair. None of the interior doors would stay closed and the beds were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable (which was noted in a comment a few years ago and not dealt with). By the end of our stay a cupboard door was hanging on one hinge. Also make sure to……

“This was our second time staying here. It was perfect! The house was clean and Liz was a great host!”

“The cottage was beautiful. We were there in the winter so were unable to do any beach activities. There was an indoor fireplace that we didn't use. The driveway and porch were well cleared and the walkways were passable. The loft bedrooms were nice - no way to make them really dark. The basement room was perfect - pitch black.
