"All signs of Comfort Inn have been removed so it was difficult to identify the building.Drove around twice to find. There’s no indication inside either that is a Comfort Inn. There was a massive spot of concrete in the hallway by the gym, it was not cleaned up the whole week I was there. A plastic 5 gal. bucket was catching a leak in the middle of the hallway for 2-3 days, same hall where the ice machine there were two wooden plates - I had no water pressure and no one notified me I couldn’t shower one day. I requested a different room and when I returned that eve my request was ignored and I didn’t have a different room. The same unhelpful front desk person, prepared the Buffett in the morning. It was terrible food and very few selections. The handle on the front of the service tray was missing so you had to touch the hot cover to open it so I chose not to do so. There was no room cleaning service, I got a new towel but they never made the bed or cleaned the room or bathroom. My stays was unsatisfactory and it certainly was below my expectations for a Comfort Inn Suite. This is commercial complex with a lot of business traffic that would appreciate better quality service. The sweaty smell of the front desk person was very strong and offensive."
"The pictures online were not what the in person experience ended up to be. When I first pulled in to the parking lot I thought the hotel was abandoned. Property wasn't maintained well. The staff were nice and helpful though. Guest wifi didn't reach my room. Just was not a great experience."

"The room was very clean however, the one side chair was torn on the side. That didn't really affect my stay but definitely worth a mention because it needed to be maintained. Otherwise, the property exceeded expectations."
"The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Even half of the downstairs rooms have a small flight of stairs you need to go up. If you have mobility issues, this might be a challenge. I had torn my meniscus a couple years ago, and even after surgery, it’s still gets some twinges. It didn’t feel great after lugging my suitcases up a flight of stairs. I actually stayed here two times the same week. I was there for one night for an event the next day, then came back a couple days later for a weekend event. The first night I was there, there were the loudest stompers and talkers above my head. I had to call the front desk twice (once at 11:00pm and once at 1:00am). The second time they physically went up to the room to tell them they had to quiet down, and I was FINALLY able to sleep. When I came back for the weekend, I opted for a second floor room despite the stairs just to avoid having another stomper above my head. It’s an older hotel, so the walls (and floors) just aren’t that soundproof. That said, it’s a nice hotel. If you’re traveling with a dog, they have a nice green space behind the hotel for them to go potty. Breakfast was good with good coffee. I enjoyed my stay here, all things considered."
"The back patio was full of debris. No one maintains coffee or the breakfast buffet, there are also few options without pork in them. The night staff sits in the lounge and watch the main tv with friends. Very awkward. Not a Hilton level property."
"Amazing experience here in Pittsburgh North . Location was great right off expressway, and the staff was super kind, as well as loved the cleanliness, layout and spaciousness of the room.‘couldn’t have asked for a better one night experience driving through the area to the Midwest."

"Only thing available for b-fast was coffee.
But only sugar was available-no sweetener.
Halls needed to be vacuumed as did room.
There are enough choices of motels in the
area so that I would stay at another.
Front desk help was very nice, though.
