“The property was nice, cute little house, well decorated. Located minutes to the lake and to the little town. In July there is not a view of the lake. A couple doors have holes in them, broken porch chair and there was 3 year old expired eggs in the refrigerator, expired creamer and condiments. House needed a good dusting but bathroom was clean. Toilet ran the whole time. I would recommend staying at this place.”

“We enjoyed the clean cabin and peace and quiet. We were surprised at how new it seemed. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings and read out there. We played games we brought in the evening. PBS are the only TV channels available. It was a great location for all the sites we wanted to visit. Only complaint , our host cancelled one night and did not refund our money. We would highly recommend this place.”

“Cabin is fantastic, we saw deer every day and cows all over Host was awesome and getting to feed the Highland cows was unforgettable With limited internet and cell service it was a great few days to unplug.”

“Perfect little 1 bedroom house on the lake. We went to a concert at Renfro Valley (6 min away) and the place worked out perfect for our stay and easy access.”

“Adorable place out in the countryside. We loved the updated feel of the property, It was very clean and would stay again,”

“Great property if you are visiting Berea. Good location close to town. Clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, cozy, off street parking.”

“Loved it, very clean, great location for what we needed. It was just my wife and I but it sleeps so many more comfortably. We will look to return next year.”

“Peaceful getaway but not too far from London, KY.”

“Such a cute place. We enjoyed the area and our stay.”

“Finding any place other than a hotel miles away from where we wanted to be is a challenge in rural KY. This quaint, vintage apartment was clean, provided comfortable bedding and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The restaurant below us had good food and a friendly atmosphere too! We would stay again!”

“Everything was smooth and communication was quick and responsive. We enjoyed the stay, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy it. Thank you!”

“Great little home. Host has gone above normal to make sure you have everything. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated and and the little extra touches made you feel like you were in a friends home! Will definitely try and go back when I get a chance.”

“Very nice, quiet place with great views. Great location close to our friends!”

“Everything was good except we did not care for the cement floors. Maybe if they put down more rugs in the hall or the bathroom it would have been better. Other wise it was quiet and peaceful. Loved the back deck area.”

“Surpassed our expectations! Excellent location for riding Wildcat! Plenty of room to spread out indoors and out! Kids loved feeding the fish and having room to run outside! Will definitely be back!”

“House was as pictured, pristine, coxy and decorative. Enjoyed deck view of the lake, the dock for fishing, ability to house kayaks for inlet travel and the recommendations for boat rentals which we took advantage. Lake swimming available in other parts of the lake where the boat came in handy. The structure in the lake is phenomenal for fishing. The lake is not overcrowded with houses, and thankful for the shorelines that are available. Our host was lovely, supportive, immediately……

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. We were very comfortable. I highly recommend getting out on the lake. Nice place and hosts!”
