L'Instant "Un bon pied à terre pour une semaine à Rennes... si on vient en train ou en covoiturage Le logement, atypique avec ses 2 chambres suspendues reliées par une coursive (plafond à 1,60 m), est très bien tenu ; l'équipement cuisine est parfait, la douche à l'italienne appréciable, les sièges et canapés confortables, le volume laisse vraiment respirer. Et il est lumineux, même par temps breton. Son emplacement permet de tout voir à pied dans la ville, ou même plus loin : Office du tourisme à 10 minutes, gare routière, métro, quartier piéton et quais à 15 ou 20 minutes, ... et un canal à 20 mètres, avec péniches-bar ou restaurant ! Revers de la médaille : difficile de garer sa voiture hors zone rouge et de ne pas alourdir sensiblement la facture du séjour (la fermeture d'une ligne de métro complète n'a pas aidé). Rennes confie tous ses parkings en surface et souterrains à des entreprises privées plutôt... gourmandes."

Meublé très bien agencé et moderne. Très bonne literie. Nous voulions découvrir Rennes, donc l'emplacement était idéal avec le marché, les bars et restaurants juste à côté. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
