Spread over two floors, the house features, on the first floor, a room with a single bed, a room with a 180x200 bed, and another room with a 140x200 bed, as well as a modern bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, and shower.
On the second floor, a spacious bedroom awaits you, along with another bathroom equipped with a vanity unit and shower.
To enjoy the outdoors, a lovely terrace with a table and chairs is available, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco.

You have access to a parking space (28) in a private parking lot in the basement.
You will have to collect the badge as well as the remote control that is in the house. Once parked in square 28, you can go back up thanks to the elevator and have access to the garage thanks to the badge via the staircase or the elevator.
