Le Contour Saint-Aubin "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . L’appartement pour les températures élevées à Rennes ces derniers jours était tempéré. L’isolation phonique est très performante et permet de profiter de l’animation de la ville sans ces nuisances sonores. Il est très bien entretenu et conforme aux photos . Très bonne literie . Il présente des petites surfaces non négligeables pour ranger les courses notamment côté cuisine . L’ambiance de l’appartement sa hauteur sous plafond ses moulures sa décoration lui donne un cachet certain on s’y sent merveilleusement bien. Merci à l’équipe , disponible serviable qui est située à quelques encablures de l’appartement."

My family and I were surprised that the place was even bigger than it looked in pictures and located next to a beautiful church and steps away from the metro station. We had a great experience with my family (traveling with my partner, toddler and my mom) . We could walk to parks, lots restaurants, vintage stores and more. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Rennes."

Le Contour Saint-Aubin 🙂 Emplacement top , en face de l’entrée de notre dame de bonne nouvelle , et à 2 pas du palais des congrès . Central en ville . Plein de restos et boutiques autour . Appart bien isolé des bruits . RDC mais un peu surélevé donc pas visible des passants . Deco de bon goût, refait à neuf , gardant le charme de l’ancien ( moulures , cheminée , les parquets ..) . Possibilité de faire une vraie 2e chambre dans le salon canapé lit entouré de rideaux occultants . … accueil sympathique pour la remise des clefs , à l’horaire qui m’arrangeait et joignable facilement . vraiment parfait

Le Contour Saint-Aubin "Formidable séjour dans un appartement confortable. 🙂 L'appartement est magnifique et très bien situé! Très grand, extrêmement bien équipé en ce qui concerne la cuisine (rien ne manquait). Toutes les petites attentions avaient été laissées à notre arrivée : dosettes de café, dosettes de lave vaisselle et de lave-linge (nous ne nous en sommes pas servis mais c'était là!). Nous avons utilisé le salon et le canapé en seconde chambre, le confort était irréprochable. La grande taille de la salle de bain a aussi été appréciée même si nous aurions aimé des barres sèche-serviettes. 🙁 Dommage que la lumière ait manqué... Dans la chambre, aucune lumière ne fonctionnait pour le soir (ampoules mortes ou défectueuses)! Nous avons dû nous servir de la lumière du dressing pour éclairer la chambre. Le reste de l'appartement manque aussi un peu d'éclairages agréables (autres que le plafonnier de la salle à manger)."

Le Contour Saint-Aubin "Awesome! 🙂 Rennes is a lovely town and a provincial capital, with a charming historical centre and vibrant student community. The apartment is located in one of the most picturesque parts of the city centre just opposite the Sainte-Anne church. The area is bustling with shops and restaurants, and the metro line is just next door at the lively Place Sainte-Anne. The apartment is on the first floor of a nicely renovated building with a clean and spacious entrance area. The apartment itself is very stylish - at least to our taste - and it has everything needed for a convenient stay, even for a prolonged one. There is a large living area split into the dining room with adjacent kitchen and living area with a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and would be comfortable enough to do some real cooking (which we didn't, but it is still nice to know that we could have, had we wanted to ;). The bedroom comes extra and it has a large walk-in wardrobe behind the bed. The space is abound also in the bathroom, where one can find a top-brand washing machine (haven’t used, but again nice to have an option) and an upholstered bench. The furniture is in general of high quality, and we especially liked the big dining table and the beautiful mirrors on the walls. 🙁 On the improvement side, the apartment would benefit from a more reliable shower holder in the bath - the one currently installed did not hold the shower head in a way to ensure the well directed stream of water. One can also hear the sounds from the neighbours’ bathroom. Once one gets used to it - and that didn’t take us long - there is nothing, which could prevent you from enjoying this beautiful place!"
