Sleeps lots of people but bare bones and dirty

Great neighborhood and lots of beds but for sure dirty and run down. Great for college kids but for people looking for nicer accommodations: not great. Too many rules about trash (I had to take mine out in my car out of fear of fees) the heater was disconnected and we had to get a repair person out at 9pm. Lots dirty fixtures and walls, and a large fridge in the kitchen that was one of two, disconnected and smelly. The back yard has just a big rusting barrel filled with standing water. We had to go out and buy toilet paper and paper towels.
