Welcome to your ideal retreat! Perfectly located for exploring Downtown Reno or venturing to Lake Tahoe, this spacious 1bedroom apartment provides a convenient & comfortable stay.
Situated just 35 mins from Lake Tahoe and 10 mins from the airport, this inviting apartment features two queen-sized beds, free parking, and equipped with basic kitchen amenities. Enjoy easy access to nearby parks, Meadowood Mall & wide range of dining option, all just minutes from the vibrant heart of Downtown Reno.
This apartment offers the modern amenities that cater to your every need:
- 3rd floor and must climb stairs. No elevator.
- Open parking
- AC/Heater in the living room and a fan in the bedroom.
- Self check-in and check-out
- Super-fast WiFi
- Fresh towels and bathroom essentials
- Pre-cleaning before your arrival
To get to your cozy space, just climb up the stairs to the 3rd floor, and there you`ll discover Unit.
NOTE: This apartment doesn`t have an Elevator.
Guests will have access to the apartment at 4:00 PM.
- NO SMOKING, violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file.
- NO PARTIES, violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file.
- GUEST COMPLAIN FOR EXCESSIVE NOISE will result in a $500 charge to the card on file.
We have a self check-in process.
There is a Blink Security Doorbell on the exterior of the front door is activated by motion and records video to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
Apartment capacity is limited to 5 guests. 4 people can sleep on the queen beds while the 5th person will be on the couch (your discretion). Violations will result in a forced cancellation with no refund.
