“This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited……

“This property was described perfectly. Beautifully crafted and well maintained. One small hiccup with the coffee maker-be sure to look at the listing as it's a Keurig-my fault I only looked at the main list of amenities and we were prepared for brewing coffee. Great area to get out and hike the PA Grand Canyon, close to Wellsboro for exploring and other areas to explore. Or, you can relax at the property, have a fire in the evening and decompress. My husband and I will return when we need a……

“The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling.”

“My family and I had a weekend getaway here. We enjoyed the house, the board games, and exploring the property. If you’re in need of some relaxation and quiet this is a great place to do it. The driveway is very long, just keep going, you’ll get there. The Austin dam is minutes down the road, the Potter County Pub is 10 minute drive and a great place for food and drinks.”

Reason for the 3 in the communication section was it would have been helpful to have a contact number for the hosts. Our GPS put us a quarter mile away and we had some difficulty finding the camper.”

“Location to the Pine Creek Run Trail was 20 mins away. Only draw back was that our room a/c struggled to keep the room cool. We didn’t make it a big deal since it was a one night stay. ”
