“It was nice and clean. Didn’t like that the house keepers had to be asked to bring clean towels and change the bedding . I thought that was something that was automatically done if staying more than one day”

“I work for a company that deals with hotels, so I've seen a lot of hotels. This was one of the worst maintained properties I have ever experienced. The parking lot slabs are in very poor shape in some places, no way you could roll a suitcase over these sections. This property states it is newly renovated, but still feels old and out dated. The outside building paint is peeling in many places, as the siding should of been replaced, not painted. The room "cleaning" was poor at best, dust……

“Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower was for wheel chair, water drained into middle of tile floor in front of the toilet so had to walk in water to use toilet. Hot breakfast was poor quality except waffles. Only fresh fruit available was tiny apples.”

“Needs improvement. Dirty and outdated”

“This building really needs to have an update. I would not stay at this hotel.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable.”

“We thought it was a very nice apartment.”

“A nice, clean, well-appointed home. My family and I would definitely stay there again.”

“We spent two nights here and it truly felt like home. The cozy room had all the necessities like a microwave and fridge, plus strong WiFi to help with work.”

“Work trip, two nights. The air conditioning worked well and the microwave was handy for quick meals. Free WiFi helped us stay connected during our busy schedule.”

“Great location in Redwood if you are staying. It was perfect for our stay for a family wedding. Just slept there and spent the rest of the time with family. ”

“This property is now Quality Inn, no longer Asteria. The employees really need training, the breakfast was disappointing, the property needs a face lift. It was not awful, it was just kind of disappointing. I would grade it a C minus at best.”

“Walking distance to downtown, great place for the family to stay. Lived up to is described listing.”

“Checked in after a long drive. The room was warm and peaceful. I appreciated the fresh fruit provided. The staff was friendly, and they offered quick room service whenever needed. The microwave came in handy for snacks too. Overall, a solid place to rest up before hitting the road again.”
