The property was great and in the exact location to fill all our needs. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to hang out but get alone time if needed. We will definitely be staying there again. ”

This property worked out so well for us with two bedrooms for two couples and having the kitchen and living room to stretch out in. It was so much better then hotel rooms. For us the location was great with family only a couple minutes away. We will definitely check on availability when visiting again.”

“Simple Comfort is perfect place for a stay in Owensboro. It is centrally located, very clean, comfortable and satisfied all our needs including a fully stocked coffee bar!Tim is a fabulous host. “The sleeping area itself was beautiful. It has a full sized bed and two twin beds. If you are not straight and white you will be off put by the confederate and other very political flags hanging from the house in the driveway. We did find some bullet casings in the grave next to our car so if you have little ones you might not want to let them walk around by themselves. Doug was very kind. “We enjoyed our stay. The house is located close to food and shopping options. The home was clean and well-stocked. The beds were a little too soft for our liking, but that is personal preference. The description of the home points out that a refreshing pool is included, however, the pool was inoperable while we were there. That wasn’t a problem for us, but it would’ve been nice if that had been communicated to us. While the home has a great fenced backyard, there were multiple trash items our……
