“The apartment was already occupied as we showed up. In the end the owner put us up in his other hotel. He was very friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the stay we had expected. Beds that broke when you sat on them. The same for the shower and not the cleanest. ”

“Es war ganz ganz schlimm. Wir sind 1200 km gefahren sind vor Ort gewesen und dieses Haus existiert nicht. Wir haben Fewo paarmal angerufen, und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es kam null Hilfe. Wir standen auf der Straße. 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder. Meine Frau mit einer Schwerbehinderung. Da wir in Bosnien keinen Handyempfang hatten, sind wir nach Kroatien zurückgefahren um mit der Fewo zu kommunizieren. Wir wurden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen. Die Kinder und die Frau am weinen. Für uns gab es……
