The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade. "

"The hotel is located in a very central location. The staff is incredibly friendly always ready to help, show directions, calling a taxi etc. The original room which I was given was quite small but they gave me a larger one and that was good. The shopping mall is within 1 minute of walking distance. It is clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. The only possible issue (which wasn’t a problem for me) is that the taxis must stop 100 yards away and the person has to walk. But the hotel staff is ready to help if someone has a problem with pulling the luggage. I highly recommend this hotel."
