“No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.”

“This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was……

“This was great and centrally located for everything that we wanted to do easy to get bus or train. Ubers were awesome. The location of this neighborhood is fantastic. Great food within walking distance highly recommend roofers, union and Andy's pizza can't remember the name of the ice cream place, but right up the road from Andy's it's awesome too. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“excellent, beyond expectations.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. The four of us in my group were very comfortable. It was close to many places. The staff was very friendly and the online team answered me very quickly.”

“House needs maintenance.”

A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. Upon arrival in the……

“Needs better linens and an extra clean blanket place smelled of heavy cologne and there were men’s underwear left in washer needs better cleaning other than that great place!”

“Our stay went well, this is a no-frills apartment but contains basic necessities. If you plan to be out and about for most of your trip, then this place is a good option and better price than most of the similar listings”
