Adelhome - Fabulous

We have just returned from a week long stay at Adelhome, family of 6 including two babies. What can we say to express what a wonderful apartment this is. Maria is just the best host in every way, welcoming us to the apartment, showing us around the apartment and giving us the best information for the local area and places to visit around the area. The apartment is spotlessly clean, everywhere, it is a delight to relax there. The location is excellent for shops, bars, tavernas and the beach, we loved the beach bar opposite the apartment and enjoyed little trips to Rethymno which is close by. This apartment is a little gem and we would return in a heartbeat. If you are looking for accommodation in Adelianos Kampos, look no further, Adelhome is superb.

Amazing hispitality

Where can I start to describe this amazing experience? From being personally welcomed by Maria, and being given all kinds of wonderful recommendations on where to eat, swim, tour, etc…. To the great hospitality of having cake made for our arrival, fresh oil from her family, farm fresh eggs and raki provided…. I mean this was indeed a great welcome. The property itself was spacious, hot water was not an issue and the grand verandas were great for soaking up the sun too. There are so many great beaches in Crete to drive to, but there is also a nice beach within walking distance too that was fine for the days where we just wanted to be local. Within a few meters, you have everything you need: restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops, groceries, pharmacy - very convenient location. We will definitely be back one day!!

Absolutely spectacular in every respect!!

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this amazing property. Perfectly located in the center of a small village a few kilometres from Rethymno directly across the street from a beautiful beach. The apartment is newly renovated with high end materials, sparkling clean, bright and spacious with comfortable modern furniture. Perfectly equipped with everything you need and more...absolutely nothing is forgotten including two types of coffee! Appliances are new and beds are super comfy with soft linens. Private parking is right in front of the door and there are two large patios with tons of outdoor furniture. Best of all is the incredibly wonderful owner and host, Maria, who is the most amazing, happy and generous host of any property that we have rented around the world! From the personal delivery of her Mom’s special sumptuous cake on our arrival to her restaurant and activity recommendations, Maria contacted us daily to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. She also somehow managed to deliver us special treats and local delicacies every few days! If you are looking for a luxury apartment in the area, do not waste your time looking anywhere else and book this apartment ASAP...you will not be disappointed!!

Herzliche Gastgeberin, super moderne, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft

Obwohl wir spät ankamen, hat uns unsere Gastgeberin persönlich und herzlich mit einem frisch gebackenen Kuchen empfangen und uns mit tollen nützlichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt und war während unseres Aufenthaltes immer ansprechbar und über alle Maße hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist bestens durchdacht, von den Badehandtüchern bis hin zu den Tabs für die Spül- und Waschmaschine. Aber das Beste ist morgens, mit einer frischen Tasse Kaffee, schon auf das Meer schauen zu können. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Besten Dank und herzliche Grüße!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Wohnung entsprach in allen Punkten den Angaben und Fotos, übertraf diese noch. Ein wenig gewöhnen mussten wir uns an den gelegentlichen Straßenlärm auf der Eingangsseite des Hauses, die wunderschöne große Terrasse haben wir daher weniger genutzt. Aber es gab ja noch einen weiteren Balkon, zur Meerseite und mit herrlichem Blick. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, diverse Hygieneartikel im Bad, viele Grundzutaten in der Küche inkl. Olivenöl vom eigenen Hof, alles sehr sauber und sogar ein sehr leckerer, frisch gebackener Begrüßungkuchen erwartete uns. Maria als Gastgeberin ist sehr engagiert, gibt viele Tipps, erkundigt sich auch zwischendurch und half uns ganz kurzfristig bei unserem kleinen "Schlüsselmalheur". Eine klare Empfehlung für diese schöne Wohnung!

toller Urlaub

das Apartment war super, total sauber, die Aufteilung der Zimmer klasse, Balkon mit sehr schönem Meerblick. Maria hat uns total nett empfangen, viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und sehr schönen Restaurants gegeben und hat auch gleich für uns reserviert. Der Strand, Supermärkte, Geschäfte... sind tatsächlich gleich am Apartment. Das Apartment ist absolut zu empfehlen!
