Artos Residency is a beautiful property with spectacular sea and mountain views, in combination with a thoroughly relaxing environment.
This stylish complex comprises of two spacious Apartments and two stunning Studios all on the same floor, located in the lively and traditional village of Agios Konstantinos in Rethymnon Prefecture.
Each apartment and each studio has its own bathroom, kitchen, and balcony with amazing and exceptional view, while all of them share a living room as a main entrance on the same floor (1st). The two apartments have a bedroom and a living room/kitchen and can host 2-3 persons each, while the studios can host 2 persons. Please note that Studio2 has two single beds while Studio1 and the apartments have double sized beds. All floor is for your use only (depending on the persons of your booking, apartments and/or studios that won't be used, will not be available for other bookings on same dates).
On ground floor there is owner's apartment, while in the plot there are the pool (which is considered also as private and for your use only), the garden and parking space.
The distance from Chania International Airport "Ioannis Daskalogiannis" is only 64 km and from the port of Souda is 49.7 km. Τhe city of Rethymnon is only 17 km away. Also, the distance from Heraklion International Airport "Nikos Kazantzakis" is 99 kilometers.
The beach of Episkopi is only 8 km away. There is a traditional bakery in our village, and a mini market to buy everything you need for your stay. Also in the village there is a traditional cafe with delicious dishes. Our guests can rent horses by arrangement, cooking lessons by arrangement, and buy excursions to fantastic places in the surrounding area. They can also paraglide by arrangement, as well as diving.
The geographical position of the village Agios Konstantinos allows it to be the perfect spot for your accommodation, since it is easy to schedule your daily tours around the Rethymnon prefecture, having even the farthest points of interest on almost equal distances. At the same time, your accommodation is in a peaceful neighborhood, where you can enjoy quietness and privacy.
There is a variety of points of interest around the area. Except beaches in both directions at North and South, you have access to:
