With a size of 200 sqm, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.It is located in the charming village of Prines, where you will find traditional tavernas, mini markets, and cozy cafés. A bus stop with regular connections to the town of Rethymno (just 9 km away) is within walking distance, while the nearest beach is in Gerani, only 3 km away.Inside, you will find a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable corner sofa, a 55” smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa offers 3 bedrooms – two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds – as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.All bedrooms feature French doors opening to the lush garden, while all rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
