Villa Daphne is a villa that offers total privacy, numerous facilities, private indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym equipment, toys and numerous dining and siting areas. At the same time, it is conveniently located very close to the beach and all kinds of shops!
Located in a 4,000 sq. m. high fenced olive grove, Villa Daphne is a 350 sq. m. accommodation consisting of two floors.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in beds, with space for up to 12 across its five spacious bedrooms. This exceptional villa offers complete privacy both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of nature, yet conveniently located near the beach and a variety of shops.
Indoors
First floor
The open-plan first floor is accessed through the main entrance where you will find a living room with an open fireplace, a cozy sitting area with large sofas, and a dining table. The living room also features, a 40 HDTV, a PlayStation 4, and a Nintendo Wii, to enjoy all the fun! Through its large glass doors, the room offers lovely sea views and direct access to the garden and pool, after descending a few stairs. Adjacent to the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen makes sure that you have all that is needed to prepare your homemade meals. The living room opens up to a large veranda, equipped with patio furnishing, providing additional seating areas overlooking the sea and the pool, an ideal place to watch the sunset and relax.
Bedroom 1: This master bedroom features a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a closet, safe and direct access to a shared balcony
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to a shared balcony
Finally, there is a family bathroom with a bathtub, a WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer on this level.
Ground Level
A family bathroom with a bathtub can be found on this floor, providing independence and privacy to large groups when required.
The remaining three bedrooms of the Villa can be found on this level.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C and a closet.
Last but not least, the ground floor boasts an indoor, 15 sq. m. swimming pool (minimum-maximum depth: 0.6 m - 1 m), which also functions as a Jacuzzi and can be heated with an additional daily charge per day for the entire stay.
Outdoors
The terrace of Villa Daphne offers a variety of amenities which include:
- A private, ecological, 100 sq. m. swimming pool (0,4 - 1,7 m. deep) equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for your comfort.
- Barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining table under the shade of the pergola give you ample opportunity to try al fresco dining, while an extra shaded seating area and a gazebo are also available.
- On the other side of the pool, is a lawn-covered area with a playground and toys under the olive trees, for your little ones to enjoy all the fun.
- On a covered part of the ground floor veranda, by the pool, is an air hockey, and mini football table, as well as gym equipment including a bicycle, weights, and an exercise bench.
- The whole area is fenced and secured with an alarm system offering our guests safety and privacy!

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
