Set in the nature on a private land of 4,000 sq. m near the village of Gallos, our villa has the unique advantage which will make you feel that you are staying in the nature although you will be next to everything! Totally isolated and surrounded by nature but also close to everything the three-storey 240 sq. m villa manages to blend into the surroundings despite it minimalist design. It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa from the main entrance on the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances, living room area with satellite 55” HDTV with Netflix and an indoor dining table. The living room area opens to the veranda which offers exceptional views of the landscape and also connects you to the pool and the garden area through a staircase. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
Reaching the first floor through a staircase, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and hydro-massage. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has 2 single beds which can be transformed to be a double one if needed. All the bedrooms have access to the balcony.
A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. This floor also has its own entrance from the outdoor and it could be a totally independent from the rest of the house. On this floor there is an open plan area with living room, secondary kitchen and dining table. Additionally there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be transformed to be a double one if needed. Additionally a bathroom with shower and hydro-massage are found on the same floor. This floor has also a direct access to the pool area.
This property has also 3 security cameras outside of the building.The first is at the main entrance , the second one is at the entrance of the lower floor (which is located as same level as the pool level) and the third one is at the pool.
There is none surveillance device inside the property.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
