We loved it here! Service was amazing. Loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy local restaurants. It was also lovely to be so close to Old Town Rethymno! Will definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and facilities in the hotel were excellent. Breakfast had plenty of variety and good quality. We had a lovely 10 night stay and would come back in the future.

The staff and the hospitality are the best features of the hotel!
We have thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfasts, the spa and its services, the pools, the beach, and our own plunge pool.
The live music and live DJ were also nice features to entertain the guests.
We would stay here again!

Over all hotel is nice ,
Everyone working here was nice and kind .
Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars….
It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower,and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable,
Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long…
Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October 12 th pool temperature was 15 degrees Celsius-that is absolutely ridiculous…please invest some money for your pool heating,so guests,who paid for 5 star hotel can enjoy it …

We have spent a wonderful week there.
We did arrive early and while the staff was showing us the hotel amenities, our hotel room was ready after the tour.
The room was spacious, very clean and modern with touch panels to control the lights and the AC.
The breakfast buffet in the morning offers a big variety of food.
The hotel staff is super friendly, very quick and everyone is making sure that you are well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Nicos our server, that made our stay very pleasant ☺️
We’ll be definitely coming back!

Hervorzuheben ist das extrem hilfsbereite Personal sowie das Hauskeeping zwei mal an Tag. Die direkte Strandlage inkl. Liegen und immer ausreichenden Strandtüchern ist ein weiteres Highlight. Leider dürfte der Architekt zum ersten Mal ein Hotel geplant haben. Wir hatten zwar ein großes Zimmer aber keinen Stauraum. Ein 45cm tiefer Kasten wo sich die 8 Kleiderbügel verkeilen. Der Geruch der Küchenlüftung auf der Terrasse und im Zimmer. Im ganzen Hotel steht das Wasser wenn es regnet usw. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel wenn man 14 Tage mit 4 Polos und einer Zahnbürste auskommt.

Amazing stay at the resort! The pool and beach were both amazing, very comfortable sunbeds and very clean. Service was slightly lacking at the pool and restaurant and the prices for drinks by the pool were quite high. The buffet dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was good as well. The room was lovely and very clean. Overall, we would recommend as a resort but we would choose to stay closer to Old Town on our next visit.

Really nice property in a not so nice area. Clean and air conditioned. If you’re planning on staying at the hotel the whole time- you may enjoy it. The staff was good and breakfast was good. About a 40 min walk from the old town. Not much going on nearby- if you like to do things other than sit at the pool/beach all day. there isn’t much nearby. But that’s Crete in general; not the hotels fault. Very loud DJ late one night

Tolles, modernes Hotel. Viele junge Paare. Gelungenes Entertainment (DJ, Bands).
Sehr romantische Anlage. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, in ein Zimmer mit noch besserem Blick umzuziehen. Mein Mann bekam eine megaleckere Geburtstagstorte. ❤️ Die Damen vom Concierge-Service haben das alles möglich gemacht und uns super Gastro-Tipps gegeben. Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl. Liegen bequem und weit auseinander stehend, viel Privatssphäre. Toller Aufenthalt!
Einziges kleines Manko: Wenig Schattenplätze durch nicht verschiebbare Sonnenschirme (die dann für 2 Plätze zu klein sind).
