This was a true gem - Staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was my birthday on our check-in and we were upgraded to their best suite with an amazing view - encourages us to stay another night. Zana in guest experiences was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous pools, beach access right from the hotel, and Rethymno itself is a gorgeous city.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal. Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.

Very clean, friendly staff, great service and high quality food. The direct beach access is a huge plus and all sun chairs are in very good condition. The outdoor pool is not heated, which makes it quite fresh in shoulder season. The yoga and Pilates sessions are well organised with experienced teachers. The room with whirl pool in the terraces are great! I recommend booking sea view, not the rooms facing the street. I can recommend this place very much!

Lovely second stay at the Nautilux. We stayed in a patio hot tub room again, with half board, which suited us perfectly. The staff are all great, exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. There wasn’t much in the way of evening entertainment, but that suited us. The food was always freshly prepared, and delicious. The indoor spa is excellent and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna and a treatment. We also did palates and boot camp which was great too. One of the very best hotels we have stayed in!

Exceptional stay

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, quiet location, food was very good, cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, had a garden view so was quiet in the evening. Some lovely restaurants close by and about 45 min walk to old town.
