This captivating home lays in 500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m2 private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) with a shallow part 0,70 meters deep & iconic swim-up sun bed. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities Broil & King (gas) with fridge are also available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, allowing plenty of space & comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a sofa bed located in the first floor bedroom (balcony with pool view).

Kindly note that due to the design of the Villas and the neighbouring Villa's location some areas may be overlooked & the views may be affected. We cannot be held liable for any modifications made to the property without our prior knowledge by the homeowner, nor the surroundings while any areas outside of the premises are beyond our control.

Thetida Villa is located in the picturesque village of Pigianos Kampos/Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.

It is the last part of the long beach of the Bay of Rethymno and the beach of the area is sandy, quite calm and less noisy than the rest beaches of Rethymnon. Between Pigianos Kambos and Stavromenos, you can swim and snorkel in the numerous rocky small coves. Moreover, in Pigianos Kambos you might have the chance to see the protected nests of sea turtles, laying their eggs on the sandy beach.

The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long!

The area is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.

Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta just 5 minutes away by car or bus, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages! It is only 20 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and approximately one hour from the International Airport of Heraklion.
