Villa Kali Zoi ("Good Life") is a new villa built from natural stone,

It was completed in July 22 and stands in a beautiful olive grove on a plot of approx. 4,700 square meters, between Prines and Gonia. The view extends from the White Mountains, over the hinterland, the sea, and the Akrotiri peninsula, with fantastic sunsets. Here you can enjoy the “good life”.

The village of Gonia, with taverns and mini market, can also be reached on foot. It's about 5 minutes to Prines and a good 10 minutes to Rethymnon.

The “Kali Zoi” is a spacious villa of approx. 190 square meters and has 2 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and an additional approx. 4x4 m outdoor shower.

In the large living and dining area you will find the complete. equipped kitchen with cooking island and counter, as well as a comfortable corner sofa that invites you to relax. There is also a guest toilet with storage space and a washing machine/dryer. The terrace on the other side is also accessible from the living-dining area, where you can also eat comfortably.

The first bedroom has a double bed 200 x 210 cm. The second bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, where you can also split the bed and then have two single beds 90 x 200 cm.

If it is used as a double bed, it has a topper so you have a continuous lying surface. The mattresses are very comfortable and easy on the back.

We have furnished our villa in a modern, comfortable and high-quality way with lots of wooden elements. So you can feel completely at home and relax.

The windows are equipped with fly screens. The bedrooms can be darkened with roller blinds and blackout curtains.

The bedrooms and the living-dining area are equipped with air conditioning and smart TVs. It also has an Astra satellite system with almost all free German channels. The villa has WiFi without data limits throughout the house and in the pool area. Each bedroom has a safe.

Underfloor heating throughout the house (payable on site) ensures further comfort, which also makes the house interesting for long-term vacationers in the colder months. There is also a modern wood stove. The villa is of course equipped with towels, shower towels, pool towels and bed linen... (Baby bed and high chair available if required)

A washing machine, ironing board and iron are of course available to you. For a longer stay, the house will be cleaned after 7 nights.

The entire house and the pool area are designed on one level. The terrace is equipped with comfortable loungers with cushions and a lounge area on the pool deck. There is also a comfortable lounger island and parasols on the terraces.

The garden is designed in a Mediterranean style.

Enjoy the great view overlooking the sea while having dinner on the terrace. Or chill on the pool deck. The pool is approximately 65 square meters, approximately 11 m long and has an additional shallow water zone. The approximately 7x 4 m pool deck and pool terrace are also located here. Part of the terraces and the pool deck are shaded with bamboo.

There is an additional outdoor shower by the pool.
You can show off your cooking skills on the gas grill.
You can park your car under the shady carport.

The village of Gonia can also be reached on foot. There is a mini market, a very good tavern and a coffee shop here.

The nearest beach can be reached after approx. 7 km.

Normal move-in time is 2 p.m. and move-out time is 10 a.m.
The pool is not in operation during the winter months from December to the end of March.
Underfloor heating is not included in the price and will be charged additionally on site.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
