Nisos Villa offers a stunning 200m² outdoor space, crafted for leisure. The 30m² private pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) invites refreshing dips beneath the Cretan sun. The 50m² lawn-covered area adds to the outdoor ambiance, perfect for sunbathing or children's play. A dining area, complete with charcoal BBQ and outdoor sink, sets the scene for unforgettable al fresco meals. An outdoor shower is also available.


Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Spanning 180m² across two floors, Nisos Villa is impeccably furnished with a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, ensuring a serene environment with luxurious comfort. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and two additional guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed and one in the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.

For your wellness or active lifestyle, the Villa also includes gym equipment (treadmill, elliptical machine, multi-station, exercise ball, weights), a Ping-Pong table, and a Play area for our little guests.
