This beautiful newly renovated villa is located in the natural area of Karoti. The beach and the sea are just 1.2 km away.
The villa is comfortably furnished and has a breathtaking view of the Kaminia canyon and the Cretan Sea.

The town of Rethymnon and its harbor, where you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are just 10 minutes away.

This fantastic villa offers you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable vacation.

VILLA YPSILON

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique la villa est top, elle est réellement comme sur les photos même en mieux, je la recommande à 100%. Le cadre est paisible, idéal pour se reposer et le jardin est magnifique. Je recommande vivement la Taverne de Nikos et Chrisoula qui se trouve à proximité de la Villa pour y découvrir la bonne cuisine crétoise de plus se sont des personnes adorables et bienveillantes.

Außergewöhnliche Lage, beste Betreuung

Das tolle Haus mit einem überaus großem Grundstück liegt allein auf einer Anhöhe. Der Rundumblick in die Berge bis zum Meer sind fantastisch. In der nahen Schlucht sieht man die Adler kreisen! Ein kurzer , aber steiler Weg führt direkt zu einem sehr schönen großen Sandstrand mit einem tollen Beach Restaurant. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Rethymon und Chania. Im Dorf Karoti sind Nikos und Crysoula, die eine ursprüngliche Taverne betreiben und für die Technik und Sauberkeit des Hauses zuständig sind. Die Beiden haben uns bestens betreut und Öl, Raki und Obst uns gebracht. Der Besuch ihrer Taverne ist ein muß! Gern kommen wir wieder.

Magnifique maison !

Magnifique maison, conforme aux photos, idéale pour se reposer et visiter l'Ouest de la Crète. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont été très réactifs et attentifs et qui parlent en plus français ! La maison est moderne, meublée avec goût. Tout le nécessaire s'y trouve. En cas de forte chaleur, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres ainsi que la piscine apportent la fraîcheur nécessaire. La Villa Ypsilon semble un peu isolée, en pratique, l'accès à l'artère principale Rethymnon-Chania s'effectue en 5' et en fait ainsi un emplacement vraiment idéal pour visiter la partie Ouest de l'Ile. Ayant passablement roulé, nous n'avons vu beaucoup de maisons aussi belles que celle-ci, même si la vue sur la mer reste assez limitée. Pour terminer le portrait, il faut encore noter encore la gentillesse des personnes locales qui s'occupent de la maison. Merci pour le séjour !
