雷西姆農度假村

「Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff who can’t help you enough. Good quality food options and lovely pools」

「Das hotel sehr modern und toll angelegt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer dadurch einen super Urlaub. Ein kleiner Tipp-beim Abendessen war es unruhig, man fühlte man sich sehr gehetzt. Schade.」

「Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

「liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around 」
