「Das Hotel sowie Service und Personal waren herausragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserer Luxury Villa mit Sea Front Lage sehr genossen. Kleinigkeiten könnte man beanstanden was für ein Hotel der Größe allerdings normal ist. Die einzige kleine Empfehlung wäre die Schlafmöglichkeit im EG zu ändern. Das wäre aber auch schon alles und der Urlaub war rundum wundervoll! Wir werden wieder kommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.」

「Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!」

「Schöne, großzügige Anlage. Trotz hoher Gästezahl verteilen sich die Gäste über die Anlage. Toll waren die in der höheren Preiskategorie zugänglichen Restaurants A La Carte, Griechisches Restaurant, Fischrestaurant. Dadurch konnte man dem lauten und hektischen Hauptrestaurant entgehen. Die Anlage des griechischen Dorfes mit Kapelle etc. ist sehr hübsch. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und familiär. Der Generalmanager und andere Leitende waren immer wieder auf der Anlage...

「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....

「Super war der Balkon...mit sogar bisschen Meerblick und man konnte rauchen...Aschenbecher steht auf dem Tisch. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Sauberes Hotel und vielfältige Essen Auswahl...jedoch manche Fleischgerichte sehr knurbelig und fettig. Das Essen hätte insgesamt ein intensiveres Würzen vertragen können. Als ziemlich störend empfand ich das Kinder geblärre und das herumspringen während den Essenszeiten...liegt aber oft an der Erziehung...das hätte es früher nicht gegeben....

「Schönes Apartement mit Küche und Meerblick. Leckeres Essen. Mit Kind lohnt sich Halbpension definitiv. Kostenlose liegen am Strand und am Pool. Der Strand ist schön und sandig, aber beim hereingehen steinig also ggf. Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Mini Supermarkt」

「The hotel location is fantastic, very peaceful, with well kept and beautiful grounds. Food is excellent, staff and service equally so. Whilst the rooms are basic ours was very clean and the swim up pool, whilst shared with two other rooms, felt private. We had a wonderful ten days all inclusive, which was excellent value. We'd 100% return! Not a place to go if you're bothered about watching television 🙂」

「We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!」

「Wir haben leider mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück mussten wir morgens oder abends immer warten bis uns ein Tisch zugeteilt wurde. Einmal haben wir Abend gegessen und es hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufriden」
