「We were in an annex, not in the main hotel. The room was clean, but the space was very small with the 'bedroom' on a mezzanine floor. The roof sloped so much it was difficult not to crack your head on the ceiling. The bed was a small double. The towels were old and must have been washed using conditioner as they did not dry you after a shower. 「I’m not to sure why this place is so highly rated. The check in was abit of a joke, they wanted me to scan a code then fill all my details in first, which I didn’t realise I was paying a large sum of money to also do their job. The rooms were very dated and worn, constant sound of dripping I’d say the plumping needs sorting. 「Had to pay for parking each night. Room was dated. No full English paid between £7-£9 pound for breakfast to find out that in the mornings it would be a toasties coffee and fruit to take away. The restaurant was only Indian food and empty and closed most of time. They did not say on website there is no bar. When we arrived they said it was a dry bar no alcohol! Would not book here again! Asked for wine glass got told we don’t usually hand out in case we steal it! Eventually they gave me a glass....
