Amazing Stay at Hotel Fortuna

We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026.

The upstairs room was ok but had no AC and was stuffy. The hallway smelled of urine and needed a major carpet shampoo. The breakfast was good. The pool was clean and nice. The downstairs room was fine and had AC.

All one needs.

All the hotel one needs during their travels. Breakfast has something for everyone. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate. For parking on-site and an included breakfast, the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again if in the area.

A non-smokers’ room

A smoker had previously stayed in the room that I was given. The room was filled with not so good odour making me uncomfortable during the night. I had to change the room.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Fitnessraum und die Saunalandschaft sind sehr gut eingerichtet und gut nutzbar. Alles wird stets sauber gehalten. Es war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt und ich werde wieder kommen.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, direkt an der Landstrasse. Klimaanlage ist drin und es war sauber. Sicherlich kein high end aber wir konnten alle 3 bequem und sicher schlafen. Kostenloses Wasser war auf dem Zimmer und bade Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist Klasse! Von Obst bis süße Teilchen, Wasser, Kaffee alles da. Tip top

Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, in die ecken sollte man nicht genauer schauen. Von 4 Sternen erwartet man deutlich mehr. Der Spa Bereich war extrem unaufgeräumt und dreckig überall lagen benutzte Handtücher und Frische waren nicht aufzufinden. Bademäntel waren auch ständig nicht auf Lager, schade. Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück auch gut. Dafür noch einen Stern mehr.
