We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home in Reutum! The location is simply stunning, nestled in the heart of nature, Waking up to the sound of birds and the beautiful views from the terrace were highlights of our mornings, The infrared sauna was a wonderful touch after our long hikes, and the bubble bath was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, The house was spacious and comfortably furnished, making it easy for our family to unwind, We even enjoyed a lovely dinner outdoors in the garden, The nearby town of Weerselo is just a short drive away, which made it convenient for shopping and dining out, Overall, a great place to escape and recharge!

De woning is erg warm omdat de vloerverwarming op 24 graden blijft staan ,de thermostaat is stuk. Dus hele dagen de buitendeur open gehad met als gevolg veel vliegen en muggen binnen. S' avond geprobeerd om buiten de openhaard aan te steken maar er waas geen trek in de schoorsteen te krijgen , ook geen pook of iets om de klep te verstellen. In het huis doen veel lampen het niet, boven op de wc zit duce tape om de fitting. Geen brandmelders meer welke werken , ze liggen allemaal in de la van de eettafel of hangen stuk aan het plafon. Verder is de plek de wasmachine, droogtrommel, de handdoeken en het beddengoed en de sauna en de jacuzzi zijn ideaal. Het parkje waar de 4 huisjes staan is rustig afgelegen , je rijd eerst achter een camping langs over een zandpad langs het kanaal naar de huizen. Maar als je met 6 personen in het huis relaxt wil tv kijken moet je keukenstoelen erbij pakken , want op een driezitsbank en één grote stoel is het anders krap. ook qua bestek en glaswerk is het minimaal en moet de afwasmachine regelmatig aan. Verder is de woning wel compleet er is zout , wc papier ,vuilniszakken handzeep aanwezig. Het zou handig zijn geweest als er handleidingen in het huis aanwezig waren van de elektrisch apparaten. Wij hebben zelf folders in de woning achter gelaten wat er deze zomer in de omgeving te doen is. De omgeving is prachtig !!! We werden vriendelijk door de eigenaar ontvangen en die bracht ons naar het huis en deed een rondleiding.

Das Ferienhaus samt Umgebung hat uns einfach umgehauen. Vom natürlichen Licht über den Ausblick bis hin zum Umfeld, war es definitiv ein erholsamer und doch spannender Urlaub. Lediglich die verwirrende Aufteilung von nicht und funktionsfähigen Lichtschaltern, sowie die Lagerung des Schlüssels und die besorgniserregende Verkabelung im Flurschrank haben dem ganzen einen leicht bitteren Geschmack gegeben. Allerdings sind solche Details leicht zu ertragen, denn alles andere war mehr als nur zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Besonders den Badesee und den kleinen Ort Ootmarsum sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen. Ein herrlicher Ort um einmal durchzuatmen und zu entspannen.

Wir sind am Freitag mit einer netten Gruppe angekommen. Die Gasheizung war bereits eingeschaltet. Am Samstag meldeten wir eine Reihe von Mängeln, die die Gäste vor uns wohl nicht gemeldet hatten. Der Vermieter kam sofort vorbei und begann, soweit es zu diesem Zeitpunkt möglich war, alles zu lösen und zu erneuern. Das Einzige, was wir nützlich fanden, war eine Erklärung zum Whirlpool und zur Gasheizung. Außerdem haben wir die Ruhe genossen und wurden nicht von den Nachbarn gestört, da die Häuser ziemlich nah beieinander liegen, das hatten wir nicht.

Huisje voldoet niet aan advertentie en is niet schoon

Slechte communicatie met eigenaar. Drama met sleutel ophalen, sauna defect, wirlpool was niet beschikbaar 1e dag. Tot 2x toe om handdoeken te vragen, er lagen 4 kleine voor 5 personen. Div lampen en wandcontactdozen defect, huisje was niet schoon. Er zat nog een oude beschimmelde koffiepad in het koffieapparaat. Tv's op de slaapkamers dezen het niet. En de weg er naartoe was een zandweg met ontzettend grote kuilen erin van zo'n 700 meter lang.

Het was heerlijk! Mooie locatie, mooi huis, een sauna, heerlijke jacuzzi, mooie openhaard buiten en gashaard binnen. Kortom, van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben met z'n vijfen echt genoten van ons verblijf! En het eten bij Antje en Billie is ook heerlijk! Echt een aanrader. Dank je wel, Bart!
