“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”

“I recently stayed at a hotel in Boston with a bay view. The location of the hotel was great, and it was easy to communicate with the staff. However, I found that the building and room were starting to look tired and could use some updating. On the positive side, there were plenty of things to do in the area, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, the hotel's location and communication were excellent, but improvements could be made in terms of the building and room condition.”

“Tres bien, beau et parfait pour se rendre au centre-ville! J’ai eu de la misère avec ma passe de stationnement, et j'ai du insister et prouver que je l’avais payé, finalement il me l'ont donné. Quand je suis arrivée, il y avait personne à la réception, mais autrement tout etait parfait! Nous avons eu accès au patios, salle de pool! Super environnement!”

“Great location, no frill accommodations but it has all the basics. We come to Boston regularly, and you aren’t going to find a better location. If you are looking for an upscale place to stay, this isn’t it. But if you are looking for a clean, nice place with a great location, this is it. ”

“I'm giving this a five-star rating based on the value for the money, not because it is a five-star hotel. It was much less than anything else I could find and it served the purpose. It was clean, had the basic amenities (bed, shower, kitchenette, and Wifi), and is walking distance to restaurants. Given the walkability of Boston, it's not that far from anything. I had a conference at the Harvard Medical School and often walked, sometimes taking an Uber when in a rush (about 1.5 miles).……

Plenty of towels, and though we didn't need, there were extra toiletries in the event you forgot something. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was clean.”

And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need.”
