Sleeping six guests, and welcoming dogs, it has three bedrooms, generous living space and a courtyard garden. In addition, it is less than 100 metres from the seafront and beach.
Make your way into the property, which sits on elegant St James Green, and head through to the open-plan lounge/diner. Relax at the lounge end, which has a beautiful bay window, in front of the Smart TV. You can also play games in here, listen to music and light the fire on cosy nights in. Head through the dining area to the kitchen, which has a central island and breakfast bar, plus roof lanterns that bring the light streaming in, to prepare hearty feasts for your party. Gather round the table in the dining area when it’s time to eat. At the end of each fun-filled day, lay your head in one of the three comfortable bedrooms here; these include a king-size, with sea views, a double and a bunk bedroom for children. The apartment has a family bathroom and a family shower room. Have a glass of wine out in the courtyard on warm summer evenings or coffee on fine mornings. Parking is on the street, subject to availability.
Swim in the sea, play games on the sand and hire surf boards to have fun in the waves. Potter in the colourful independent shops of the town and dine out in its pubs and restaurants. Walk less than 0.5 miles along the seafront to Southwold’s famous pier, with its eateries, shops and quirky under-the-pier inactive show.
