位置不錯，附近有超級市場，服務很好，地方乾淨，喜歡有廚房熱水供應！只是我們住的房間的門，開關時發出聲音，有點嘈！沒有電梯，要自己提行李上樓！

她點很好,在市中心邊缘,所以很好停車,但到市中心各主要景點,都可是走路可到。房間乾淨,又有小廚房,可自己動手泡茶做餐飲,這在外食很貴的冰島,是珍貴的優點。公用客廳可自已泡咖啡和泡茶,有舒適沙發,可上網,感覺很自在。

Overall nice
We arrived early as the trip has been canceled because of the storm, so we arrived at 12nn, the front desk staff is so good that help us to arrange the room earlier before the normal check in time, so that we can take a rest at our room. The service is good, although the location is a bit far from the downtown.

10 mins drive from hotel to the place where we can see the northern lights, room was small but quite comfortable. Sound proof of room was not very good as we can hear people talking somewhere

Hostel vibe- some shared bathrooms etc.. average basic breakfast. It is a 12/15 minute walk down to centre which is convenient for able bodied people..it is warm and comfortable. Good selection of teas but no black breakfast tea available ..Good body lotion/ shampoos /conditioner etc Staff and cleaning staff work hard. They cleaned my room well. Management need to spend money to improve facility. The building badly need refurbishment/investment- fresh paint, replace damaged paintings.. damaged couch...buy new bath towels.. stained carpet needs shampoo..

Dirty. I did throw away a load of hair from the shower before I used it. And if you ever vacuumed the floor, please lift the cable to the bed lamp when you vacuum to reduce the piles of dust a little more.

Will not come back
Was not clear that the room had not bathroom inside, and did not had, we asked twice to change the room with a private bathroom, even on the website were rooms available the said no twice, very dark, low light and small room, very small shower towel, the shared shower in very bad conditions no shower glass on the shower, so all water wen out, the room had a not good smell, just camufled by a vanilla aroma, breakfast just a bit poor and when was some food finished wasn't replaced, with a very small diningroom, the unic positive things coffe and cookies for free, and the mattress was ok

It was very difficult to find a parking while it’s mentioned there’s a parking available. I couldn’t stay more than 5 minutes in the room because the entire furniture, bed, pillows and curtains were smelling smoke and cigarettes. When I contacted the management, they weren’t able to offer me another room and they suggested I reach out to Expedia for a refund. Expedia confirmed that the property management rejected the refund request.

Gistiheimilið Brim.
Fengum ekki aðgangs upplýsingar í tölvupósti. Starfsmaður sem var á svæðinu hleypti okkur inn og lét okkur hafa aðgangs númer og lykil. Þar sem um Hótel var að ræða hefðum við gert ráð fyrir að salerni og sturta væri á herberginu en ekki sameiginlegt eins og á Hosteli. Verðlagningu gaf það til kynna. Herbergið rúmgott, snyrtilegt en gamalt. Mjög hljóðbært í húsinu. Morgunmaturinn var fínn. Væri gott að hafa súrmjólk, jógúrt er ekki vanur að hafa skyr í morgunmat.

We had a pleasant 3-night stay here. It's a little out of town but only takes 15 minutes or so to walk to the main eating and shopping area. The reception staff are off-site but the cleaning and catering staff were extremely helpful (e.g., we didn't receive an email in advance with check-in instructions, but everyone was very supportive and sorted it out quickly). The rooms and breakfasts are fine.

Hôtel mal indique la façade a été repeinte et ne correspond pas à la photo de plus il n est note nul part le nom de l hôtel. C est un b$b sans accueil où une personne vient quand vous appelez. J avais réservé une chambre double où il n'était pas noté que nous devions avoir wc et douche commune. De plus le prix correspondait à une chambre avec salle de bain. J avais en effet dormi dans un autre hôtel très bien juste à côte avec accueil, salle de bain et parking et qui en plus était moins cher. Déco très sombre pas très gai. Parking dans la rue.
