Very nice location centrally in Reykavik, the bar downstairs have live music every night and is a bookstore during the day! Can recommend and would gladly book again!

It is right above a bar that plays live music every night. It didn’t bother us too much but it can get quite loud at night. Room itself was good for a family of 4, but in general needs a little updating/tlc.

It was in a great area where you could walk to all the shops and restaurants very easily. We did have a problem with lights not working in the bathroom but they immediately put us in another room which was very nice.

The location for perfect, right in the center of town do we could walk everywhere, we didn’t rent a car but a lot of street noise at night which we didn’t mind. The apartment was not very clean and we only got 5 towels for 5 people for a 4 night 5 day stay. Requested more towels but they never responded. The whole place needs some TLC from top to bottom, had a glass table in the hall way for 2 days and finally removed it and left glass on the hallway floor, didn’t clean it up until I e-mailed them about it. Other than the location, we would not stay there again

Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to see in the area. The rainbow street is just one street over and we were above the bookstore bar. It was a bit loud when the band was playing at the bar but they ended early (11p) and the host of the apartment provided several packs of disposable ear plugs if we wanted. We didn't need them at all though. With it being light most of the time we rarely went to bed before 11p and opted to go downstairs to see the bands play!

The location was good, but the noice level was too high outside and using the ear plugs didn’t help. We were there for 4 nights and on the second day we ran out of body soap, shampoo and conditioner. I told the property management of the situation. I was told to go get whatever we needed from the storage room. When we went to the storage room they didn’t have what we needed. So I wrote back stating that they don’t have it and I didn’t get any response back. So I used the little body soap I had bought from back home but it was not enough for the four of us. I was really upset that after paying so much money they couldn’t provide us for the basics.

Great location!! You can quickly walk anywhere in downtown Reykjavik! Plenty of space for myself and 2 teenagers, and having a second bathroom was a huge plus. Clean, comfortable beds and everything you might need to make yourself something in the kitchen. I would book this place immediately if I ever come back!
